Party Time in G-Town

Well friends, I am posting remotely from the beautiful tropical island that is Galveston, Texas. It will be a short post as I'm off to the bar soon with college buddies. Also it is a Biker Weekend here so hopefully I don't get shot by a member of Hell's Angels.

So the Arsenal drew against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday 0-0. I have not seen the match (stupid work trips!!) but from my reliable sources, the were loads of shots by the Gunners, but no good finishing. I always felt that was going to be a tough match, but at least we got a point and didn't fall too far behind the Ruskies in the CL table. We just need to concentrate on getting two more wins and we'll see what happens.

The Arsenal play the Hammers on Sunday and seeing as how West Ham have been performing lately, it may be an easy win. But, stranger things have happened and if Arsenal don't start converting more shots into goals, we may only walk away with 1 to 0 points. I think it will be a 2-0 win though. There is too much chaos going on in East London right now.

Plymouth finished their Ipswich match at 1-1 and are currently in 6th place. They host newly relegated Birmingham tomorrow. Should be a good match.

Not too much else going on. Plus it is time for some beers.
